convert email body into email subject line

I am looking for a simple program that will do the following: 1. Receive an email. The email will have a subject line and body. 2. Manipulate this email so that the body of the email (in html format) is converted to plain text (strip out the html of the email body), and then added to the subject line of a new email. (the new email body will be blank) 3. Automatically forward this new email with subject line to a new email address. I don't mind what code you do this is in, as look as it works! You are probably wondering why I want to do this! The reason is because I receive automatic emails from a service I am subscribed to. The email body contains the information I want to use, and share on my facebook page as a status update....the problem is that to post to Facebook via email, facebook will only post the "subject line" as your status update......so if I setup basic email forwarding from Outlook, it will forward the whole email, but the email body will be lost. So therefore, if the new program converts the email body to a plain text subject line, and then forwards the email on, it will correctly post the information onto facebook as a status update. I need this solution quickly...ideally by the end of today! see attachment for detailed example of the process I always give preference to anyone who can show me a working demo solution before I select them! :-)
