Android Kiosk

We are looking for someone to design a kiosk for an Android operated phone. We want the kiosk to contain only an Android supported PGP / GPG (APG or similar) program and a mail manager (K9 or similar) and if need be something to store the keys.

-When installing, the kiosk requires you set it up with a password.

-After installing, the kiosk app takes over. It will looks exactly like existing home screen.

-In order to make any changes to the device, you need the password. E.g. if you press the menu button -> settings, enter your password, you enter administrative mode.

-When you exit administrative mode, the device is fully locked. Apart from the apps on the home screen, the user can't change anything - screen brightness, network, apps to access, etc - all are blocked.

-The standard Android icon used to access all applications is hidden

-The standard Android icon ("+") is hidden

-There is only one Home screen (no horizontal nor vertical scrolling possible in Android desktop).

-All icons available on the home page cannot be moved, deleted, resized anymore and no new icons can be added.

-Keeping finger pressed on the home page has no effect (cannot change the background image or add app to desktop for instance).

-The app shall remain active if Android is re-booted (the only way to disable the app is to enter the password in Settings). I was told the most simple way is to add it to app launched at start up

The following feature need to be locked or removed at the kernel level when the kiosk is installed including

-phone(microphone and speaker)

-sms

-camera

-GPS

-USB ports(accept for charging or in the case of an administrators desktop software)

-memory slots

-WiFi

These features can either be blocked through

-an automator when the program is installed

-through an administrators menu on the phone protected by password

or

-an administrators desktop software

We would also like a feature that would allow for the phone to be remotely wiped from a predetermined number.

As well, we would like a feature that would allow the administrator to access a key logger(??[url removed, login to view]?)

Preferably this program would be a very straight forward to install with the mail manager and the gpg program preloaded in the kiosk. We would like a PDF of instructions on how to get it installed right through to generating a key, adding a key and sending the first encrypted email.

-a compiled apk

-full application code
