Api Credit card processing with a bank

Ok hi, i need help with 1 or 2 things, which ever you think you can help me out with please email me and tell me what on you can do better. option 1. I need a person who can make me a credit card processing/merchant account. I need to be able to process credit cards on my website. I do NOT WANT TO USE [login to view URL] or a merchant account, i want it to be like some how get my banks API settings/coding, and somehow integrate that into my website site, so when someones buys something from my website i can have there credit card process and when its approved i can have the funds put directly into my bank account. Option 2. I would like to have a website made that operates just like Paypal. I want it to be able to have these functions. 1. Buy it Now buttons 2. Downloadable spread sheets of sales 3. Customers be able to receive receipts by email 4. Refund button (if user needs) Refund means once the transaction completed user can stop transaction and can get their money back correct. 5. people being able to receive payments by Visa, MasterCard, American express, Discover 6. Send people invoices through email, so customers can pay by credit card and pay by the invoice. 7. people being able to add the bank that they want there money to transferred to. 8. and people are not limited of the transactions they do. like they can process as much money as they want and process up to how much ever they want. 9. when people withdraw money to there bank it should only take 1-2 business days. 10. TCF National Bank, Chase Bank. Theses are the banks that i want for right now added to the website for people to withdraw there money too. 11. For right now i only want it as a Website only, not as an application app right now. 12. also basically people can just go to the website and make there login details and begin accepting credit cards right away. for right now those are the only functions that i need the website to have.
