Audio Spectrum Analyzer - 10 Band

I need somebody who can build a audio spectrum analyzer like this: [login to view URL] I need other dimensions, but it should work exactly so smooth as on this video. I need more versions, so it could be that I need one with 400 leds and another one with only 200 leds. More details after your bid / discussion. As input I need option to use a standard line-in and also a highpower-in directly from Amp. So I think it would be good to have a input-regulator to adjust signal. Please only bid if you have experience in this field. I'm interested in long-time-partnerships, I've many other PCB-jobs, too. This solution should be controllable from extern (on / off and maybe some special things like own graphics / text messages / ....) via serial / usb connection.
