I need a C++ program developed in MS VB 2012. This program (function) is to be called by other C++ programs in order to send SMS messages via third party SMS messaging provider, eg. [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] So what happens is that one of the existing C++ programs should call the new SMS program/function with parameters such as message and mobile numbers. The SMS program then establishes connection to a SMS third party messaging service via the Internet, and sends the SMS messages. The developer needs to familiarise with the API provided by our chosen SMS service provider, see the 2 providers I mentioned above. During the project we can finalise which provider we will choose. The developer needs to deliver the fully functional and tested program. We can set up a test account with the chosen SMS provider. Freelancers must have studied the API documentation first before applying for this job and must have experience with 3rd party SMS messaging services.
