add support for flv for vc++ application

**vc++ coder for adding flv view support to existing vc++ streaming application.** It is encoding client, server and viewer (ocx) application... Current application works flawlessly for streams and multiple viewers viewing in each channel. Enhancement - Keeping the existing qualities same, enhance encoding client so that it can support viewing in browser flash player besides the current viewer ocx in browser. To be given: Existing application source code Deliverable: VS 2008 compiling and running application as mentioned above. Test: 1. We will load the server on live IP. 2. Connect and start audio/video streaming through encoder client from behind the NAT/firewall/proxy. 3. View using the flash player in webpage from multiple locations in each channel. The application uses avcodec.dll...so, this should be pretty easy task for somebody who knows what he/she is doing. This could be a start of a long term relationship for you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
