C++ application - change dns + install certificate for all browser - WITHOUT UAC

PLEASE READ WHOLE DESCRIPTION - ONLY BID IF YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU CAN COMPLETE THIS EASILY AND WITHIN A FEW DAYS! For a company-intern project, we need a C++ or Visual Basic application which has to do the following WITHOUT UAC PROMPT or by using an AutoElevator/Bypass(UAC would confuse our users and would be too much administrative work...): - change DNS Server of all network interfaces to one of our custom DNS - install/add a self-signed Root Certificate Authorithy to the Trusted Root CA's in WINDOWS certificate store - install/add a self-signed Root Certificate Authority to the Trusted Root CA's inside MOZILLA FIREFOX certificate store IF FIREFOX IS INSTALLED. - has to work for 64bit AND 32bit - has to run completely silent/hidden In the source code, we should be able to easily change the DNS Server IP / certificate file variable when it gets updated/new.
