a phone app

I wonder if you have seen the apps on the phone that show acupuncture points for certain health issues. Two of then are: acupressure: Heal Yourself By Alexander Mokrushin AcuPressure Doctor By Vital Acts Inc. I have in mind something similar but different, using primarily points on the hands and light pressure for the users. How many hours would you estimate it would take you. In other words, what is your estimate of the costs involved? I am thinking of using c++ language so as to be able to use the app in several different phone systems. Of course, if you have a better way to do that, I am not attached to c++.
