C# Class for Per Process Network Statistics

I'm looking for a class that can call the IP Helper API to get the number of Bits/Sec an individual process is using. (Similar/Same to Resource Monitor - see attached).

I requirw a class that would accept a PID and return me the number of bits per second when it was called/polled.

I've attached my work so far - But it doesn't work - ideal if you could sort out the interop/marshalling for me.
