Need simulation of 8 inch diameter steel tube inside a 20 inch steel chamber (sealed) looking for results of deflection, pressure, temperature compensation, condensation on tube, tilt/roll if on dredge boat, difference of liquid temperature through tube, if using different steel gauge for tube and or chamber.
Model to be transferred from Autodesk Inventor part files to ANSYS or other recommended simulation software to enable modelling of mechanical and thermal properties.
We need to be able to model the deflection of the inner tube based on changing the weight of fluid in the tube. Is the deflection vs weight linear over small / large changes? What is the effect [if any] on the deflection and its linearity of changing the wall thickness or schedule of the steel for the external and internal tube? Is there an optimal combination?
What is the change in behaviour and reading with changing static pressure through the pipe between 20 - 150 psi, 150-300 psi and beyond?
What is the change in behaviour for varying temperatures of 50 degree C range, does this relationship change when the range is -50-0 C vs 0-50 C? When the changes in temperature are caused by fluid temp change vs air temperature vs sunlight what difference does this make? Would it be viable by the use of multiple temp sensors to compensate for the behaviour?
Can condensation be modeled? Does condensation significantly affect the properties of the system?
Under changes in tilt or roll to 10 degrees to horizontal of the device what change in behaviour and deflection should be seen?
What factors govern the accuracy of the prediction the model can make? What accuracy of a model can we expect to get from a simulation vs real world model? What information beyond the drawings and materials are required?
Please indicate timescale to program simulation in your reply.
HI,
I am planningg to use ANSYS FLuent and ANSYS Mechanical because this needs to be done as FSI simulation, total 10 years exp sure i will deliver with good quality.

I have a passion on auto cad that is specialized with Auto cad 2010 and invertor .more to that am pursuing mechanical engineering as a course where i have learnt lots of designs in engineering and got lots of experience in auto cad .you can view my portfolio to see some projects that i have worked on.
I am very strong in this field and have ability to accomplish your project on time and in budget.
I give customized and the best support to complete the project on time and deliver it to client with complete satisfaction.
