We need a bridging software running on WINDOWS to receive and send commands and data between game software running TCP/IP SOCKETS and a SERIAL DEVICE attached to the Windows PC.
Buffering may be required in order not to loose packets and initialisation in order to recognise and connect with SERIAL DEVICE and the HTML5 Game SOFTWARE. Preference will be for the Bridging Software to be started by the Game Software but for them to be two separate processes running on the WINDOWS OS.
Bridging software will have its own Text Editable setup file for its own startup settings. This will include but not limited to IN and OUT BUFFER SIZE and SOCKET.
