c++ app to AWS linux server running Mmqt server to ROR

**** ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE THE ACTUAL PROGRAMMER We are looking for a an expert in c++ programming & ROR. Someone with minimum of 3 years experience. Someone whom knows c++/ROR at a score of 7 (in score range of 1 to 10). (WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DIRECT PROGRAMMER. NOT A COMPANY.) we have an existing app, in c++, which runs on linux ubuntu local server. it manages data from local sources, and sends it to the cloud. we now want to create two way communicate between the local c++ app running on the local machine to the cloud AWS web app, which is written in ROR. We need you to update the app which is in C++. we need you do get MMQT going on the cloud server. get the c++ app to communicate with mmqt to the ROR app. We are looking to work with someone whom can look at the specs and the screenshots of an module, and can give us a flat price per module. We will discuss the details on audio.
