coding for arduino mobile robot

I need some one to code my project ( mobile robots arduino). actually I'm making this for a contest which has three tasks to be completed . .trackdimension : width -900mm, length-3000 mm track colour : cement (grey) ( note : every task should be programmed to run both automatic and under remote control) task 1 : mobile robot should cross rough terrains with rocks etc and return back to initial position task 2: robots should find obstacle through image processing cameras and should avoid it . three obstacle will be there in the task which will be mostly of coloured blocks task 3: a blue gel bag will be there in the track which should be picked up by actuator with arm ( mostly linear actuator ) and place object in a heat filament ..
