We made a website and we optimized it for Google Chrome and Safari on Mac.
On Windows (specially IE) we still have some display problems because there are different layers of background covering each other.

Please take a look at the website on Google Chrome, check the background-styles and HTML structure and compare the website in different browsers.
The website should look fine on IE7+ and the current browser generation and the one before.
