CSS3 Coverflow Directive in Angular.js

I need a CSS3-based Coverflow component, built as a custom Angular directive.
Requirements:
- Must accept variable width and height attributes and adapt layout accordingly.
- Use CSS3 transforms, not Javascript. We can have a more technical discussion about the options if you have better ideas.
- Should bind to a controller and render the coverflow dynamically as the underlying data source changes.
- Each card should allow custom HTML5 markup that can be bound to the Angular controller's data, not just static images, but little "containers" that carry dynamic content.
- Move left/right with left/right buttons.
- Move to specific card when card is clicked/touched.
- Respond to swipe left/right gestures and move the flow accordingly.
- Transform/animation must be smooth.
- Component must be responsive, displaying more cards on wider screens and a single card at a time on a small screen (portrait on mobile device).
- Automatically fit into parent container (ie div) and center.
There are many web-based coverflows out there, including some built with Angular, but none of them are quite what I need. For a sample of a great coverflow component, see [login to view URL]
The coverflow component you build should behave in the same way, as all coverflows are supposed to. But I am not looking for a copy-paste or hack of someone else's product, just a straight-up smooth responsive CSS-based coverflow that plays nice with Angular.
I can provide some sample code and experiments we've done so far to speed things up, but I need someone who knows this space to get involved and do it properly and deliver a working Coverlow Directive that we can simply drop into our web apps and bind to data in an Angular controller.
