I would like to create a holding page for a soon to launch website. I will provide you with the design in PSD format. I need you to convert the file to HTML/CSS. It will be a logo, copy & an email sign up single field. There will be a field in the design for the user to sign-up to receive email updates. I need these emails to be stored and for me to be able to access them in CSV format to enable me to import them to my email database.
