CSS update

We are seeking a real good and experienced CSS expert to modify our exiting website and make it displayed correctly in all major browsers. There are also need small mods done to relocate some form elements to improve the layout (refer to attached mockup) The task: 1-relocate the existing search field up as shown but DO NOT increase the existing box(shown in gray just make the form fields smaller as shown) 2-make the spaces between the text smaller (not the text itself) to be flush at the bottom with the displayed image as per mockup indicated. 3- add the buttons as shown (don't need to be made as link ) and make it the same height as the pagination and adjust the width according the text width (also same text height and colour as in pagination) and just make the "Contact Me Now" text in red as per mockup 4- the whole site must validate to W3C traditional so it will display well in all major browsers. 5 -modify existing CSS file do perform all the mods as described above Full FTP (no CP) will be provided Server: LAMP Time frame: A.S.A.P.
