I don't want the camera to submit photos to posts (how the plugin works), but instead: clicking on "camera" button should pop-up "a)take photo" or "b)get from gallery". option a) opens camera / option b) opens galery )to upload a maximum of 5 photos). Before submitting the photos, a form should pop-up to input name+contact+email (if possible a form from contact form 7 that's already created)
