Cartoon character for vinyl business

I am looking for a cartoon character for my business. This character will show up on blog posts and social media. I sell 12 inch x 12 inch self-adhesive vinyl sheets. My vision for the cartoon character is a vinyl sheet with arms, legs and a face (and any other creative elements that the artist thinks of). Kind of like the Koolaid cartoon but better. :) An example of what I would use this character for is I would need the artist to create a couple different versions of him or her for a political blog post I am getting ready to release - he or she is running for president. Having this character cloaked in red, white and blue would be cool. I will share the post with the winner to generate more ideas. To summarize, I need a base cartoon character that I can use for my business. This character then needs to be "customizable" depending on my need so this will be an on-going job.
