I will do the job as per the prevailing standards. If you need any different, you have to specify before acceptance of job. I will need all the relevant architectural drawings. All the items shown in the dwgs will be included in the BoQ. Any information regarding details/specifications of the BoQ items, if and when required for the job, shall be provided by the client. Any additional work, other than BoQ preparation, shall not be entertained within this projects scope. Another project for such extra work shall be generated by the client. The client shall abide to the proposed milestones for continuation of work. Final milestone payment shall be made as soon as the project files are submitted.
