We are a small, but growing, corp ground transportation company. We specialize in international ground transportation with VIPs. We use an indusrty standard software called Alert for reservations. These reservations are made by the VIP's assistants most of the time. We offer perks such as free 9th ride, etc, but want to develope a kick back program for people actually making the reservation. We want a web based database that will allow for the assistant to access their account and monitor their kick backs. Their kick backs will be based on a percentage of the total fair. They will need to be able to cash out for redemtion of various gifts. For the time being we want the data entry to be manual (on our end), but down the road would like to work with the same designer to get it completely automated with our reservation software. We need something operational with in a week. We know its an easy job, and can be done in an afternoon for most of you.

The programmig required for this is straight forward. My plan includes three sub-scripts: 1. An admin script, which would allow you manipulate your kick-back database as well as offer new payout options. 2. A client script that would allow your clients to see how their account is doing and view kickback options such as gifts, payout, etc.. 3. The payout script which would take the client's choice of payout, either by your own finance system, internet check, paypal, or however else you might want it done.
