We are looking for someone to complete setup of a Linux-based ColdFusion server. The project is a migration of ColdFusion from Windows Server and MS SQL to Linux (Red Hat) and MySQL.
We have all of the files from the existing installation (which is still running), and the Red Hat server is setup with ColdFusion 9 installed. The problem is we don't have the in-house expertise to properly complete the server configuration. We have a Systems Administrator who can assist, but this setup is beyond his ability.
Not only do we need the server setup to serve properly, but we also need the Admin UI and Developer instances setup.
The server is in our co-location space, and firewall has been properly configured. All source files, db, and former developer documentation (although scant) is available.
I presume that it's a relatively straightforward project for someone who has CF experience. Let me know what further details you need.
This is a project that needs to be completed urgently - we would prefer to find someone with extensive CF experience who can complete the project quickly.
I specialize in linux system administration, and I am sure I can get you all setup within 2 days time. I have been in the industry since 1997 and have a lot of expierence setting up coldfusion servers. Thanks! -Rick
