Can anyone bring me evidence that Freelancer.com has no outsourcers at all?

In Jan 2013 I tasked 20 people from different countries. We found that there are many freelancers on this website but near to zero outsourcers.
My friends started bidding on various projects. but no response at all. they provided lowest, highest, completed language courses etc on this website but trust me ended with no work from this website.
We also found that some freelancers get bored and post some silly projects for fun.
I request all of you to make sure your time is not wasted on this poor plate-form.
