article rewriters needed for ongoing project

hello,
I am on the hunt for writers who would like to earn some easy money.
I am looking for 4-6 writers who can rewrite 10 articles a day each.
I am looking for 60 articles a week from each author. Ten a day, six days a week.
I will supply all of the articles for rewrite and free software to speed up the process.
the rewritten article must contain no spelling or grammatical errors.
the english must be fluid, and they will be compared to the original and must be 85% unique or i cannot buy them.
they must also include the keyword, that i supply, in the rewritten article 10-12 times for a 2-2.5% ratio.
I will start out paying $1 dollar a rewrite.
if you need more money than that, then please apply somewhere else.
please do not waste my time and yours. i will not pay more than $1 per rewrite for the first 100 rewrites.
after that i will compare your sales figures to that of my other authors and pay you accordingly.
my best authors make $3+per rewrite. that is $180+ a week made in the authors spare time.
i have paypal, and moneybrokers accounts. i can pay with those or you can choose another method.
i prefer not to put money in an escrow account.
it has been my experience that non english speaking writers have a difficult time with this. I would prefer all of my authors to speak/write english fluently.
all you need is your brain, time, and an email account.
