Design and implement email an ongoing marketing campaign

We are a small finance company and we are looking to develop and implement an ongoing email marketing campaign to our own database of potential referral sources (made up of lawyers, accountants, banks, intermediaries etc). We want to deliver an email to our database every six to eight weeks that will be relevant, interesting and maintain our profile within our universe of referral sources. Email subjects can include information on any new deals we have done, relevant company news, or where there is no new deal information, some topic that will be relevant to our business and our referral sources.
