The scope of work is as under:

A comprehensive Business Plan / Feasibility Report / has to be prepared that should primarily cover the following sections;

* Current Market Status for Managed IT Services business in UAE

* Identify the scope and market potential of the services over a 5 year period.

* Identify the promising circles for the services, where the roll-out can yield faster / better results based on international trends.

* Technical details along with cost estimates for required resources and Capital Investment

* Pricing strategy and revenue model of the various services

* Projected Statement of Profit & Loss (5 Years)

* Projected Statement of Cash Flow (5 Years)

* Commercial viability (NPV/IRR/ROI/PAYBACK)

Complete high quality and Comprehensive Business Plan and feasibility Study in MS Word and Excel format to be uploaded on this website for the customer.
