Higher Education Spending Report

We would like to hire a writer for a 20,000-25,000 word reports (about 90-100 double spaced pages with an additional 40-50 pages of charts and graphs) to summarize higher education spending in the USA. The study would look at various state university systems and private colleges and indicate the trend in spending, as well as make projections for the future. We wil provide some research materials but the writer should be prepared to do at least 20 interviews and some secondary research. The writer should be comfortable with charts and tables and be able to pull down Excel tables and convert them into Microsoft Word.

Some experience in business report writing or business or educational journalism useful.
