Im a Real Estate Broker in Md . Im instrested in starting a real estate school to handle pre-licensing for new agents and continuing education. To start a school you must call the Md Real Estate commision and they will send you a application which must be filled out and a outline with all of the neccessary info for starting a school which is fairly simple but time consuming. The most difficult part is that you must create a course online and a proposal to create a school. They give you and outline on what topics must be covered. So the outline is just you telling them what you are going to cover and WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO COVER IT as well as your sample exams and tests they honestly dont care if your material belongs to you or not as a matter of fact most of the stuff is plagerized from some other school and personally i dont care either.. SO IM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO HANDLE ALL OF THE PAPERWORK FOR ME AS I DONT HAVE THE TIME including research if required in the end the course outline is what you are responsible for
