describe moving to Akranes Iceland in diary format

I need a writer to describe what a person (a young woman) first arriving in Akranes Iceland would see and feel. She arrives by boat into its port during the month of July. She previously was living in Arizona. Describe the houses, the land, the weather, the people, etc in a diary like fashion. The person writing the diary is a woman 18 years old.
