copywriter for website needed

We are launching a website for our property management services. The website will not be very robust but it will consist of the basics of what we do--an intro, about us, why choose us, maybe some FAQs and similar. We would prefer someone who either has experience in real estate or who is able to do a little research and come up with the material on your own. We can provide some overall guidance, of coarse, but for the most part this material will not be difficult or terribly original either. We require fast turn around times for the material. We also have many projects starting all of the time and are looking for someone who is able and willing to work quickly and often provide fresh material with very little notice (like several days notice). We are not demanding, however, we enjoy a relationships with our copywriters that we are able to put a project in front of them that requires two pages of material to be delivered within 2 days and they can handle that well. Please tell us fi 1) you have relevant experience with real estate market or 2) why you think you can produce quality material with just a little research on your own with out much hassle or time involved. We are looking to pay on a per article or project basis, not hourly. Please bid accordingly. Also, we are looking to hire someone immediately.
