Artwork for 3" Binder

Need 3 inch binder artwork produced in EPS/Quark/or Illustrator with copy in .pdf. This will be a 2 color binder so the sample will have to be reduced to 2 colors. All items in the attached samples that are not green will need to be a mustard yellow. The attachments include: Required dimensions of artwork Required Sample Components / Logo / Content The side of the binder (the side that shows when on a shelf) will need our logo and the text TILE & STONE SETTING MATERIALS DECORATIVE LAMINATE As far as design, we're fine with replicating exactly what's attached...however, we would like borders to wrap the entire binder.... if you want to add a little spice, so be it. NEED FAST!!!
