I am looking to create a video sharing website for a large (but niche) audience.
This will include the basic design of the site, based on the layout I will provide, as well as producing the video sharing platform.
The choice of technology is up to you, but i will expect you to justify your choice.
You must have previous experience in creating video sharing websites / using YouTube clones and i will expect to see previous projects.
There is also the possibility of turning the site into a quasi-social network, including forums, message boards and chats. Experience at implementing these would also be preferred.
I am looking to have this up and running within 2-3 weeks.
