A one person customer service, help and marketing company

I am looking for someone or a team to learn about the real estate development we have in Puertecitos, Baja Mexico, about 3 hours south of the California southern border. Also to learn about the area from articles or information we can send you or you can search on your own. We will have some basic answers from cut and pasting, but I want someone that can answer questions quickly without too much supervision. I would like to forward all questions about my property to you, and right now there is very little advertising so we have very few questions via internet. I hope to change that by mid August when we start marketing and making sales. That brings me to the next part, I would like a SEO or someone that could generate interest on the internet by whatever means you find inspiring. I would love one person to handle it all but I do understand everyone has their limits and may not be able to do everything. Commission on sales could be possible, let me know what you can do and write me a paragraph or two about you or anything interesting so I get a chance to see your work.
