City Budget - New Braunfels

The goal of this project is to take an online city budget which is in a pdf format (see [login to view URL]) and extract the descriptions and values associated with all accounts and sub-accounts and insert those descriptions and values in our software. Go to [login to view URL] and register and look at the San Marcos, TX budget already completed and make the new city similar. Click on General Fund to see another column. Sub-columns will go 4 deep for each the Tax side and Spending side with each column a maximum of 15 boxes). The person will need to have an accounting background to understand the city budget and extract the correct values and enter them in the right categories. It took us 4 days to complete the San Marcos Budget. We require a bid on the cost on a per budget basis for each city. We expect to do this for hundreds of cities per year so it could be a very long term project.
