Hello,
Pretty simple and straight forward job. First you will install the SEO Doctor plugin for firefox browser which will automatically tell you the number of outbound links each site has once it is finished loading.
You will also note its PR. Install google toolbar and it will automatically tell you the PR value.

I will send you a file containing sites urls niche wise in MS excel sheets and your job is to visit each site and note its outbound links in front of the domain url.
There are 4800+ sites I think. :)
Let think it over because a slow internet connection will slow down the speed of your work.
