create users and photos

create new 1000 to 10,000 new users . Currently each much have there own email address and validate but I will release the validation step in other words create a user with profile and image . every 50 need to have at least 1 with a blog of forum every user will need a unique name and Different Profile pic When bidding bid on time it will take to create 1000 and cost per 1000 if you feel comfortable in all 10,000 outline in a PM if you are willing to complete all 10,000 the system will require about 2 minuets for each user to be created and specs on such Will be outlined .. such as geographic location - age range etc. a spread sheet will need be kept with user name password and the profile URL Thank you and happy bidding
