Hi, I'm able to deliver you average pack pricing from 1955 to 2011. This will be national average but only for states with cigarette taxes (thanks to that, the average is based on facts and is very accurate). There is no possibility to have average pricing for years before 1955. For years before 1955 I can deliver sample prices - not average (but only for few years, not for every year since 1920 till 1954).
