We have a list of 620 aged care homes and we would like our Freelancer to research the published prices on the [url removed, login to view] website and fill in the prices on the spreadsheet. The easiest way to search for aged care homes is by clicking on the 'find a service' tab, then "aged care homes' then entering the suburb then 'search'. A list of homes comes up and then click 'view details' and then 'costs' - the prices are listed here (most have entered prices, some homes are yet to publish them and this will be noted). The figures we are after are the room types - single with private ensuite, single with shared ensuite, double rooms and multi bed rooms (for 3 people or more). We require the RAD which is expressed as a lump sum figure, for example $550,000. We do not need the daily figure. We do require the room size which is found in the detail of the room type - the room size needs to be written as a whole number, for example if a room is 15.2 square metres you would write 15, if it was 16.8 square metres you would write 17. Attached is a spreadsheet showing what needs to be filled in. So each facility will be on one line and the room types with price and size along to the right. You may need to add extra columns if a facility has more choices.
