However, I didn't get exactly what you mean by: "Review and or capture of card line by line details (e.g. 06.08.08 - Big Blue and Big Orange 12 minutes N/S - $??" Could you clarify this a little? Current full-time job is as a Support Engineer for a Laboratory Information Mgmt System. I frequently evaluate and troubleshoot emails from clients reporting issues that need resolved. Well versed at translating information from one form to another. Would like to see an example PDF document to transcribe key data to the Excel sheet. If the new database is MS Access or SQL Server, I could additionally create programming code to auto-import the Excel sheet to the existing tables structure with an additional cost.

I am a good data entry and excel analyst. Will be able to copy everything from scanned PDF to Excel. Please share/provide atleast 1 sample PDF page for me to understand the time and effort required on 230 multiple pages. What i will be doing is understand the scope of work by learning the PDF page. the contents of it. the average data points on each page and the handwriting analysis.
