Collect Lottery Results for multiple lotteries

I need to collect 5 years (at least) results for several lotteries. Results must be delivered as a csv or excel files + I need to get sources (websites) where you got these results from.
Ideally I want 1 source per lottery, so next time I can automate the process of getting results

18. Israel New Lotto
In order to proceed, please send me an excel or csv result for any lottery of your choice (from the list). I just want to be sure that you understood the task.
