If you accept the job, we will send you an instructional video to watch. Step 1: We will send you a Google Drive Spreadsheet called "Main Names Sheet" Go to this spreadsheet. Step 2: Go to the first name on the left. Step 3: Open a new window and go to: [login to view URL] Step 4: Type in the name into the search field Step 5: Copy all the names/email addresses/etc and paste them into a temporary spreadsheet Step 6: In this temporary spreadsheet, search Command-F (find) for "[staff]" and "[faculty]" and delete all the email addresses that are in these rows. Step 7: Delete everything else that is not an email address Step 8: Copy and paste the email addresses into the "Main Names Sheet" spreadsheet under the appropriate name Step 9: Start over with next name until all the names are complete.
