i have a huge database of mobile numbers. (40 million)
i require a simple tool / program / software or pre built database that i can load lists of the numbers into via a .txt file or excel file.
each time i load a file i would like an output file which shows me which numbers were not already in the list. (basically showing me any new numbers that we didnt already posses. i would also like a export all option, so if we need to give the full list to a client or move it to a different machine etc it can be easily obtained.
