Decrypt Data Entry Backup Files (.encrypt) format - Access or Excel Output

Our company is involved in several back office and data entry projects for which we are seeking help. We are looking for an experienced professional who can decrypt the backup files in (.encrypt) extension that get created by the online software in which our employees use to enter data. We need to decrypt the .encrypt file in Access Database for the purpose of performing hassle free Quality Check (QC) which is difficult to perform in the online software due to limited functionality. The encryption used by the company is Rijndael 192 and i will provide the professional the secret phrase for the same. In addition keys or password to open the Zip Files & Database Files will also be provided. I will provide the [login to view URL] script which was extracted from the Data Entry .exe software for ease in decrypting. The data entry software was built using .NET and the actual software setup .exe file is attached. I am also attaching a sample backup file in .encrypt format (which contains an Access Database password for which is provided), a sample Access output file for reference generated from the backup file in .encrypt format. About 90% of the work is done and i am looking for an experienced professional to decrypt the encrypted files using the information provided. Requirement - I need the professional to provide us with a way to decrypt them to Access database to an output folder. Please let me know exactly what all you need in addition to all that's attached in the email below. If you can code a software to do the decrypting thats fine too. Any manual methods will work for us as long as our .encrypt backup files are converted properly to Access format.
