Because I am so passionate about the value of virtual technology I decided to freelance; offering my experience, knowledge and skills as a Virtual Administrative Assistant to help new entrepreneurs have more time to focus on expanding their business.
In my previous employment the Excel spreadsheet solutions that I developed and created to save time and money were implemented by our entire department.
Some of my corporate administrative experience and expert skills that would add value to your business are:
- Excel expert developing, formatting and creating spreadsheets in both Excel and Google Docs
- Accurate data entry and reporting, budget preparation and expense/revenue tracking
- Preparing and formatting documents, procedures and templates in Word and PDF
- Client care and record management
- Fluent English and grammar, including a 90% score on the US English 1 Test
