Compile list (+details) of 50 restaurants that close for 1 or more days per week

I need someone to compile a spreadsheet that contains the details of restaurants that are closed on one or more days per week. For example, some restaurants close on Sunday or Monday each week for the whole day. ***I require a spreadsheet that has; -Column 1 = Name of restaurant - Column 2 = Address of restaurant - Column 3 = Contact number - Column 4 = Contact email - Column 5 = Day(s) closed ***The conditions for the restaurants are as follows; -Preferably not 'pubs' and bars, but actual restaurants. -Mid-range restaurants, down to small restaurants. Not super high end or expensive restaurants at this stage. -The restaurants must be in Sydney and in the locations circled on the map that is attached. That is, the City, Pyrmont, Glebe, Surry Hills, Kings Cross / Woolloomooloo, Bondi and Coogee. These lines are not exact but approximations of the areas I wish to target. I need a list of *50* restaurants ASAP and if this project goes ahead then I will be looking to compile a list of hundreds and eventually thousands across Sydney and other cities. Hence, if I work with a good freelancer now, there is the opportunity for repeat hiring. Sources for this research would include Yelp, Trip Advisor, Google (and Google Maps) as well as other searching techniques.
