We have over 200 Activity Providers (businesses who do activities for kids) who have a company profile with about 15 fields of information on their company profile such as but not limited to:
Company Name
Company phone number
Website
Email contact
These Profiles are stored in a CMS database and require that each Activity Providers actual activities be updated. So for example our customer is 4cats Studio and we have their website on our site. We then enter in each activity that this business offers. Each activity has up to 15 fields for each. Each Activity Provider can have an average of 6 activities. The activities get updates four times a year.
The job requires that a person verify each website and find out if new activities have been published and to then create a new activity or update an existing activity in our database. Accuracy, speed and quality are essential.
We need all 200 business up dates within a 4 week period.
The job requires an excellent understanding of English both verbal and written.
