WHAT I NEED DONE:
1. Post 40-60 Housing /Real Estate ads per day on Craigslist’s "Housing Offered; real estate - by owner" section every day, 7 days a week.
2. Alternate ads in different cities (35 major cities).
3. Must NOT post all at once.
4. You must monitor your ads to make sure they stay online for at least 48 hours. I will only pay for ads that stay up for at least 48 hours.
5. Submit daily excel report of the ads (links). Ads must be live and searchable by the public.
FLAGGED/GHOSTED/REMOVED
Ads must stay online and searchable by the public for at least 48 hours or I will not pay for that ad.
If you get an ad that gets ghosted or removed, please let me know and provide the reason for this per Craigslist. I am relying on your expertise with postings.
