I worked for JPMorgan Chase and Company back in 2010-2012 as a mortgage customer service representative. My job role was focused on discussing customer's account status, advising of payment history, correct misapplied payments, process payment over the phone. We also discuss with them escrow, deed, type of interest rate, refinancing options, amortization, maturity, VA Loans, Title, year end taxes and follow up for cases update.
I am highly punctual, fast learner, can work under minimal supervision and can easily adjust to fast paced environment. I make sure that I deliver my work with Integrity and Accountability.
