The Job: Every day you will receive supplier invoices that pertain to a certain project. Every week you will receive job cards that detail specific labour costs. These items of information are to be added to a spreadsheet (already created) and updated daily and kept in a drop box file to be issued to you. You will need to be available for approximately 1 hour per day at the most, once you get familiar with the information you will need only spend around half an hour at the most. This will be an on going role for the right person. It is a very important role as the data you enter will define project success or failure. We are looking to employ someone for a fixed weekly fee. Hourly rate will not be accepted. The number of invoices can vary from 3 per day to 20 per day depending on what we are doing. Labour data will be submitted weekly and you will receive 5-6 job cards every Thursday. The material must be updated daily and the labour updated before close of business Friday 3pm Brisbane Australian time, so that the director may review the data for the week.
