data entry from pdf to html pages

I need to create 100 html pages describing articles and prices as seen on this page [login to view URL] The article description and prices are currently in a hard copy document. A pdf or jpg image of each page of this 33 page document will be provided and you will enter the corresponding data in an html template page. One page sample in jpg format attached. Description + dimensions + prices to be entered in the main description and also in the form. Each page will then be saved under the name of the article. The html template image name will also be replaced with the name of the article along with the article header. You will notice that each article has a french/english entry. Only the English is to be entered Accurate data entry is a must. The schedule is not critical but should be completed within 2 to 3 weeks Payment may be done by increment of 20 completed pages (or as mutually agreed upon). Please price as one price for the 100 html pages.
